The name says what we do
HEC stands for Heating, Electrical and Cooling. Those are the three services we provide, and we provide all of them with the same team.
Most properties need work across more than one of those three. A furnace replacement touches the electrical. A new split unit needs a circuit run to it. A finished basement needs both wiring and a plan for heat. Splitting that across separate contractors is how jobs get delayed and how nobody ends up responsible when something is not right.
We keep it under one roof instead. One number to call, one team on site, one point of responsibility from the first look through to the finished work.
We work across Ottawa and the surrounding area, on residential and commercial properties, on everything from a single repair through to a full installation.
What you can expect
Nothing complicated. These are the things that decide whether people call you back.
We turn up when we say
You get a time, and we keep to it. If something changes on our side you hear about it from us first, not after the window has passed.

You will know what has failed, what the options are and what each one costs, without needing to already understand HVAC to follow the conversation.
We price before we start
The number you approve is the number the job is done for. If something unexpected appears mid-job, we stop and talk to you rather than keep going.
We recommend what we would do ourselves
If a repair will hold, we repair it. We are not looking to sell a new system to someone who does not need one yet.
We respect the property
Floors covered, mess contained, everything cleaned up at the end. It is your home or your business, not a work site.
We answer the phone
You get a person, not a queue. If we cannot pick up because we are on a job, we call you back.
